	The company draws on the expertise of 3 Directors including two Chartered surveyors with a broad and diverse property background. The experience includes acting as former Acquisition Agents with 8 years experience plus working for Operators and a former Acquisition and Estates Controller who worked directly for an Operator for 4 years. CRT offers a professional consultancy service to land and property owners with a view to optimizing income and capital values. In addition, any potential pitfalls associated with this sector are readily highlighted and overcome to protect the position of the landlord. CRT Property Consultants acts only for landlords in telecoms property matters so no conflict of interest can arise. All instructions are progressed by Chartered Surveyors drawing from a total of over 19 years experience working as property consultants in the commercial, residential and telecommunications sectors. CRT is supported by John Faulkner Dip (Est.Man) FRICS, who acts as consultant. John has considerable experience in Valuation, Management and Investment Appraisals. John is employed by the RICS as a Regional Training Adviser, he provides Valuation and Landlord and Tenant training and speaks regularly at Property Conferences. Any cases that are referred to Arbitration or go to court would be dealt with by John. The Management Team :
	Mr Matt Restall BSc (Hons), Director	Matt completed an HND in Building Studies at Liverpool John Moores University in 1998. He then went on to complete an Honors Degree in Valuation Surveying in 2000. Matt has now spent a total of 6 years working in the Commercial Property Industry dedicated to a mixture of Commercial, Residential work, but mainly specializing in the Telecommunications field. After graduating in 2000 Matt spent 3 years working for Pentland Chartered Surveyors as an Acquisitions Surveyor, acquiring mobile phone sites nationwide on behalf of the all the main telecommunications operators. After 3 years Matt was contracted out from Pentland Chartered Surveyors to Airwave O2 Limited where he worked as the Siteshare Manager for the North and Scotland. Matt left Pentland Chartered Surveyors in August 2004 and joined Airwave O2 Limited as a permanent employee, managing the Acquisition and day to day Estates Management for over 750 mobile phone sites. Matt left O2 Airwave Limited in November 2005 to join CRT Property Consultants. Matt is now a Director of CRT Property Consultants together with Co-Directors Dave Crook and Steve Purcell.

	Steve Purcell MRICS, Director	Steven completed an Honours Degree in Urban Estate Management in 1995 and has now spent a total of 12 years working in the Commercial Property Industry. The latter 7 years being dedicated to a mixture of Commercial, Residential and Telecommunications work. Prior to undertaking his degree, Steven spent 3 years in the Insurance Industry assessing risks of commercial properties, which directly led him to his current career within the property industry. Additionally, whilst at University he worked part-time for a property development company overseeing building works and managing a portfolio of retail units. After graduating, Steven spent 2 years working for a private practice firm of Surveyors in Liverpool and was involved in a wide range of work including capital and rental valuations, rent reviews, lease renewals, property management, termination of tenancies, sales and lettings, building work supervision, development, planning and rating matters. As an advantageous career progression, he then moved to a larger Manchester based commercial property organisation dealing with commercial property matters, residential valuation work and telecommunications site acquisition. Steven qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1998. After 3 years Steven was recruited into Kingfisher Estates (now Pentland Limited Chartered Surveyors) and continued dealing with site acquisition on behalf of a number of the main Operators. Steven reached Senior Surveyor level and managed teams of Surveyors acquiring sites then progressed to Associate Director, assisting in running the company and managing staff. Steven was also involved in setting up a General Practice department and developing that side of the business. This position also involved strategic planning, recruitment, financial budgeting and forecasting as well as training and development of staff. Steven left Pentland Limited in early 2005 to set up CRT Property Consultants offering a specialist service to telecommunications landlords drawing on 7 years experience of working for operators only. This work is complimented by CRT providing professional services relating, in addition, to both Commercial and Residential property. Steven is Director of CRT together with co-Directors Matt Restall and David Crook.
